ZURICH, September 17, 2024 – Capco, the global management and technology consultancy, has today announced the appointment of Yannis Skiadas in the new role of Continental Europe Insurance Sales Lead, based in Zurich. He will focus on accelerating the growth of Capco’s expanding Insurance practice across continental Europe.
Yannis brings 24 years of international experience in P&C, Life & Health and Reinsurance in both commercial and personal lines of business. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Supervisory Board at Monument Re in Belgium. He was also the Group Transformation and Integration Officer of Athora and a member of the Supervisory Board of its German business unit. Both Athora and Monument Re are private equity-backed European life run-off consolidators.
Prior to these roles, Yannis spent several years with Zurich Insurance Group, where he held several roles, including Head of Agents Services, Chief Financial Officer France, Global CFO Corporate Life & Pensions, and Head of the Group Digital Factory. Earlier in his career, he was the CFO of the Swiss balance sheet and the Holding Controller of Switzerland-based Paris Re (subsequently acquired by Partner Re).
