Capco announces          Zoe Hodge as new UK Partner for Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management

LONDON & EDINBURGH, November 13, 2025 – Global management and technology consultancy Capco, a Wipro company,  has appointed Zoe Hodge as a new Partner focused on driving the continued growth of its Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management practices in the UK.

Based in Scotland, Zoe brings extensive experience in consulting, financial services strategy and client platform transformation, and has as a strong track record in delivering impactful change across complex organisations. 

Zoe joins Capco from Johnston Carmichael, where she was Head of Consulting, leading teams that delivered strategic change and operational excellence across multiple sectors. Prior to that role, she was Head of Global Information Provision at Aberdeen. She has held senior leadership roles at Standard Life, including Head of Client Platform Strategy, Head of Customer Operations Strategy, and Head of UK Strategy, Planning and Intel. She also spent almost ten years working within Accenture’s Financial Services practice.
