What is Associate Talent Program (ATP)?

The APAC & Middle East Associate Talent Program (ATP) is a program designed to train and equip entry level consultants with the skills to solve business and technical challenges by working alongside experienced consultants. 

Our program provides you with a strong foundation to help jumpstart your career at Capco, including:

  • Consulting methodologies
  • Enterprise technology standards
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Solving complex business problems
  • Networking
  • Personal brand development

 

Under the umbrella term of ATP, there are three streams:

Associate Business Program (ABP)

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university or college degree from any discipline
  • Must have an interest in financial services
  • Be a recent university graduate, or a change professional
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong Microsoft Office knowledge

Associate Data Program (ADP)

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university or college degree from any discipline
  • Demonstratable interest in data & financial services
  • Be a recent university graduate, or a change professional
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong Microsoft Office knowledge

Associate Engineering Program (AEP)
Qualifications:

  • Hold a university or college degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Must have an interest in financial services
  • Be a recent university graduate, or a change professional
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English & Thai, with strong Microsoft Office knowledge
