Aaron has over 10 years of experience in health care and insurance industries, skilled in Analytics, consulting and health insurance. Prior to Cigna, Aaron was analytics/ actuarial expert at a large consulting firm and was an early employee at two health successful healthcare startups – Collective Health and Evolent Health.

Michael is responsible for all aspects of transformation and innovation across the insurance business with emphasis on transforming the experience of our customers; delivering operational efficiencies and supporting profitable revenue growth for the business. Michael brings 30 years of experience across insurance working with organisations such as Aviva, Standard Life, Direct Line Group and BGL Group amongst others at his time with PWC, Accenture and IBM. He has an established track record of driving innovation across General Insurance and Life & Pensions and has worked with a wide range of fintechs and insurtechs during this time.
Before joining HSBC, Michael was the Chief Digital Officer at Santander’s UK Corporate and Commercial Banking business and has worked in the UK, South Africa and the USA.

Mukkul brings 20+ years of experience leading global teams at top-tier technology and management consulting firms in APAC, USA, and Europe. Prior to Coherent, Mukkul has spent time at Microsoft as a PM building developer-focused platforms, at Bain as a management consultant advising executives in insurance, banking, and technology industries, at LinkedIn Marketing Solutions leading the APAC Analytics team, and most recently, at SAP building new strategic partnerships.
Thomas Chan

Thomas Chan is an Enterprise Sales Executive Lead in Insurance Sector at Google Cloud Hong Kong. He works with strategic customers and Google Cloud’s engineering teams to create industry solutions for financial services institutions specific to the Insurance and Insurtech field.
Thomas brings deep innovation experience that hashave helped insurance customers to embark on their digital transformation journeys to Google Cloud. Prior to Google, Thomas was head of financial institution in business development role for Alibaba Cloud International where he was responsible for driving cloud strategy. In his role as Cloud Sales Specialist at Telstra Global for North Asia region, he helped multinational enterprises in cloud adoption.
Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in communication technology and is a certified professional in various specialties such as CISCO, GOOGLE, ALIBABA, VMware.

Wendy has over 20 years in healthcare with a focus in invitro diagnostics. Wendy joined Roche Diagnostics in 2010, during this time Wendy led Molecular Diagnostics, Tissue Diagnostics, and Next Generation Sequencing businesses in APAC, and initiated Patient Access before assuming the responsibility of leading Strategy & Innovation. Prior to Roche, Wendy spent 11 years at Novartis Diagnostics with commercial experiences in APAC as well as product marketing & development responsibilities in the US.
