ZURICH, November 20, 2025 – Agentic AI is being used to power a new insurance and property management solution designed by global management and technology consultancy Capco, a Wipro company, that optimizes how clients of Yarowa AG, a European leading Swiss based Insur- and Proptech, manage third-party service providers.
As part of the insurance claims and property management order management process, Yarowa processes, validates and aggregates information from a wide range of documents such as bills etc. on behalf of insurance companies, property managers and providers specializing in property, automative, health, legal and other services.
Leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and latest AI services, service provider documentation – such as an invoice – is uploaded and processed by a series of agents and a central orchestrator to extract, classify and verify the information necessary to successfully process the invoice. A ‘human in the loop’ operator will then either greenlight the service provider and invoice or advise further verification if required. This process enhances the customer experience and reduces human interactions by more than 90 percent.
