New York, November 21, 2023. Capco, the global technology and management consultancy, has appointed Benjamin Simon as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of Capco’s Global Leadership Team. Based in New York, Ben will focus on helping to drive growth and profitability across Capco’s businesses globally.
Ben has over 20 years of experience, as well as deep understanding and expertise in the areas of Information Technology, Consulting, and Financial Services. He has a proven track record of implementing strategic transformation and profitability improvements, setting clear levers of performance for the business, and building the teams, the processes, and the culture to deliver profitable growth.
Ben joined Capco in October 2023 from Wipro, where he was Global Head of Finance Transformation, and made significant contributions to help modernize the company’s global finance processes. Before his role at Wipro, Ben served as CFO of Azqore, a Switzerland-based Fintech providing an integrated IT and operations solution to private bankers and wealth managers. Prior to that, Ben spent 18 years at Capgemini as CFO of several business units in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA.
Ben is a graduate of Emlyon Business School in France.
