HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE
The annual leave entitlement is 16 paid days to all levels.
MATERNITY LEAVE
Female employees are entitled to 90 calendar days of maternity leave. This is inclusive of rest days and public holidays falling within this leave period.
PATERNITY LEAVE
Male employees are entitled to three consecutive days’ paid leave. Paternity leave is for child adoption and/or child birth for male employees. Paternity leave is to be used within one month of child’s birth.
SICK LEAVE
Employees are given a maximum of 30 working days for sick and hospital leave.
TRAINING LEAVE
Capco employees are entitled to five paid training days a year. All training must be approved in advance by HR Lead and the employee's coach.
EMPLOYEE PROVIDENT FUND
Capco offers a broad portfolio of tailor made company pension schemes. The company will contribute an amount equal to 5% of your basic salary to a provident fund. When your length of employment is 3 years or more, Capco Thailand will contribute 7% of your basic salary. The employee can select to contribute 5%, 10% or 15% of basic salary to this provident fund.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
Employees will receive 24/7 worldwide medical coverage from their employment start date.
ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Our group accident insurance provides extensive cover against an extended number of accidents (also including diving accidents, gases & vapors, increased physical efforts, gross negligence, tick bites and poisoning) - all over the world! In addition, we offer high add-on benefits such as rehabilitation, accident service, conversion costs etc. Insurance cover is provided round the clock, irrespective of whether the accident happens in your private or professional life.
EXTERNAL CERTIFICATION REIMBURSEMENT
Capco will reimburse external certification for relevant and appropriate professional learned society or institution, maximum of USD 1,500 per calendar year.
CORPORATE BENEFIT

WELLNESS ALLOWANCE
We can provide support in all matters relating to child and family care, and assistance with difficult life situations. For example, we offer support and consultancy services concerning the following issues: workplace conflicts, personal crises, assistance in searching a suitable child care facility, fitness/sports memberships, education and health checks.
SOCIAL SECURITY FUND
The Social Security Fund is statutory for all employees. It includes a range of benefits including medical care, pension contributions and maternity.
