Recently, access to SCADA data and control systems has become more and more restrictive due to organizational cybersecurity programs. Arden Insurance Services is a small to mid-sized managing general agency (MGA) focusing on commercial property insurance underwritten by their insurer partners. Arden continues to experience double-digit growth, and their current IT environment was not in alignment with their growth expectations. 

In 2018, a market leading wealth manager approached Capco to support the design and build of an industry leading sales execution and booking platform to support an ambitious business growth plan. The new platform would allow the client to offer new, differentiated and market-leading services to their customers.

A global broker acquired a broker of a similar size in a deal valued at over £1 billion. Core to the acquisition was the realization of run-rate synergies and optimizing trading platforms. Capco partnered with the client and utilised post-merger integration capabilities to deliver end-to-end integration at group level and within individual functions.

MX.3 is an award-winning software which provides services across trading, hedging, funding and risk management to name but a few. Installing the software can be problematic however, Capco leveraged it's extensive experience utilising Murex experts and agile ways of working to implement the software across the bank successfully.

Capco used its unique Smartsourcing approach to outline a function-value-alignment resourcing model which improved fungibility of resources and optimized operations resulting in 15-30% monthly cost savings.

Capco partnered with a leading investment bank within the US to develop a suite of bespoke trading flow dashboards which provided real-time data visualizations and consolidated multiple data sources into one unified source. This led to the bank’s front office traders being able to realize significant benefits in their day-to-day operations.

A large operator of common carrier pipelines and terminals attempted to improve customer service by implementing a packaged application for invoice generation and inventory management.
