My name is Chirag Seth. Originally from Delhi, I’ve spent over a decade in Warsaw, which has become my second home. With a bachelor’s and a postgraduate degree in Computer Applications, I bring over 14 years of experience in IT, with a focus on strategic delivery, operational excellence and leading high-performing teams.
I’m driven by opportunities to challenge convention, innovate, make a measurable impact and empower teams to excel.
Outside of work, I stay energized through painting, photography, cooking and reading — practices that help me maintain perspective and creativity.
Growing up in India can shape you in profound ways. It teaches you to challenge yourself, aim higher and bring your best to every opportunity. It also surrounds you with remarkable diversity — people of different faiths, cultures and perspectives coming together, which naturally builds openness, empathy and collaboration.
Through the unwavering support of close-knit family and community, you learn teamwork long before you enter a workplace. You learn that collective strength, shared purpose and lifting one another are at the heart of meaningful progress.
The opportunity at Capco emerged as a pivotal moment when they reached out to me directly. From the very first discussion, it was evident that this role aligned perfectly with my professional aspirations and the direction I wanted to advance in. The recruitment process was executed with remarkable precision — smooth, efficient and clearly reflective of a high-performing organization.
My initial impression of Capco quickly solidified into conviction. Every interaction throughout the process was marked by professionalism, transparency and a genuine commitment to ensuring I had complete clarity. Each conversation reinforced that Capco is an environment where people lead with purpose, operate with integrity and strive for excellence, exactly the kind of culture I wanted to be part of.
When I joined Capco as Head of Technology and Engineering, I was given opportunities to take ownership of multiple accounts, manage people, manage clients and grow my team.
Capco has contributes immensely to my professional development by giving me the freedom to manage my own projects and provided support when required. It has helped me grow my knowledge about various topics and understanding how to tackle different situations. Additionally, Capco provides access to learning about the latest technologies, which is backed by a substantial collection of training courses available and plays a major part in our professional journeys.
All the support and trust which I received from everyone has given me recognition that I felt I deserved as well as the opportunity to be myself and be appreciated for being different and doing things differently.
Key milestones as Head of Technology and Engineering have included building and empowering high-performing teams, overseeing the successful delivery of complex technical initiatives and shaping engineering strategies that align with clients’ organizational priorities. What I value most, however, are the moments when I see individuals grow, elevate their contributions and drive meaningful impact together as a unified team.
Outside of Capco, I draw strength from the people and routines that keep me grounded and focused.
My family and closest circle offer perspective and stability, anchoring my values and sharpening my decision-making. Their support reinforces the clarity and purpose I carry into my leadership.
I also prioritize practices that help me reset and stay mentally strong, whether through exercise, time outdoors or focused reflection. These influences fuel my resilience and ensure I show up as a more centered, strategic and effective leader.
