I was born in Trencin, then moved to Bratislava in my twenties, and after a couple of years, my wife and I relocated to a smaller city near Bratislava that suited our lifestyle better. 

Professionally, I have a substantial experience as a Senior PMO, mostly within IT and Telco corporate environment.

At Capco, the hiring time made a huge impression. From sending my CV to accepting the offer took only two weeks. This for me was a good sign that I was wanted, and my experience and skills would be appreciated. The offer ticked all my boxes - being able to travel, speak multiple languages with different clients and having the ability to work on a variety of interesting projects.  

My manager/coach is a wise man who can lead the way, providing guidance and the best recommendations to thrive further. I feel the support to be successful at Capco by all colleagues. 

I’m currently on a two-year project with Capco, as part of a long-term banking and payments engagement (purely in German) at a major German bank. The project involves a variety of experiences – from easy to most complicated, with tight deadlines and a mixture of working at a client location and offsite. I really enjoy this combination. 

Outside of work, I try to read as much as possible. With trading as a new hobby, there’s a lot of self-educating involved. I have been riding my motorbike for 10 years and consider convincing my wife (who was pregnant at the time) to let me buy it a unique skill. 

I have been part of CSR activities across various employers for the past 10 years. I’m keeping this tradition here at Capco, participating in most of CSR activities and feeling as a valued member.
